What Makes Us Different
Neuro-affirming Approach
At Grow Therapy Services, we embrace neurodiversity through our neuro-affirming approach. Our holistic framework focuses on strengths rather than deficits, fostering a positive environment where clients can thrive. Our practitioners, who have lived experience, bring a profound understanding and empathy to their practice, ensuring that every client feels validated and empowered.

Trauma-Informed Practices
We provide trauma-informed care that respects and nurtures each client's unique journey. Our spaces are sensory-friendly, designed to build trust through open communication and collaboration with families. We empower clients by offering choices and tailoring our support to their strengths, ensuring a personalised and effective therapeutic experience.

Flexible Therapy Settings
We offer various therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, movement, creativity, and mindfulness, all tailored to meet the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals. Our therapy sessions are conducted in naturalistic settings that promote comfort and engagement, including via telehealth for those that prefer to remain in the comfort of their own home.

Therapy with Purpose
Understanding that families carry a lot already, we aim to ensure that therapy sessions are purposeful and efficient. We offer flexible session options such:
- as one-off sessions,
- check-in sessions,
- intensive block therapy,
- or frequent contact, depending on the client's goals and preferences.
This approach helps avoid burnout for both the client and the therapeutic relationship, ensuring that therapy remains effective and only as long as needed.
