A Group Therapy Program for autistic children aged 10-17. Our program is designed to foster a deeper understanding of neurodivergence, build meaningful connections, and celebrate each child's unique identity. We believe in the power of community and self-advocacy, guiding participants towards a positive self-image and improved interaction skills.
Key Components of the program
Expressions of interest are now open for our next Therapy Group running in the September/October school holidays.

The program consists of 3 x 2 hour sessions, across Monday 30th September, Tuesday 1st October and Wednesday 2nd October (times TBC based on program numbers)
Utilising a neuro-affirming, strength and interest-based approach through a range of games and activities, Participants in our Neurodiversity Therapy Program can expect to achieve the following outcomes:

Enhanced Understanding and Acceptance: Gain a better understanding and acceptance of their neurodivergent identity, fostering a positive self-image.

Improved Communication and Interaction Skills: Develop better relationships with family, peers, and community members through improved communication and interaction skills.

Effective Navigation of Sensory Needs: Learn to manage sensory needs in various environments, enhancing comfort and engagement in daily activities.

Empowered Self-Advocacy: Build the ability to express needs and rights effectively, leading to greater independence and confidence.

Target Age Group
Our program is specifically tailored for autistic children aged 10-17 years. This age range allows us to address the unique developmental needs of pre-teens and teenagers, providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive.
