At Grow Therapy Services, we are passionate about empowering neurodivergent children and their families through neuro-affirming, play-based, and holistic therapy approaches.
Learn, Play, Grow is an 8-week early intervention program designed to support children aged 18 months to 5 years in developing essential skills through fun, engaging, and inclusive activities.
Our program is built on the principles of developmental education, positive behaviour support, and play therapy, with every activity tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Parents and caregivers actively participate, creating meaningful opportunities to strengthen bonds, build confidence, and learn strategies that can be carried over into daily life.

Age Groups and Focus Areas:
1. Little Explorers (18 months - 3 years)
Focus: Parallel play, sensory exploration, and parent-child connection.
Structure: Activity stations with guided opportunities for children to explore and play at their own pace alongside peers
2. Growing Together (3 - 5 years)
Focus: Collaborative play, group participation, and skill-building.
Structure: Themed group activities with a focus on communication, motor skills, and early social interaction.

What to Expect Each Week Each Learn, Play, Grow session follows a predictable and engaging structure, designed to support children in feeling safe, confident, and ready to explore.
Welcome & Warm-Up: Greeting, introduction to the theme, and interactive group song.
Music & Movement: Action songs and movement games to build communication and coordination.
Read & Move: Storytime followed by an engaging movement or play activity based on the book’s theme.
Sensory Exploration: Hands-on fine motor and regulation activities, supporting self-expression and sensory needs.
Cool Down & Goodbye: Calming activity and goodbye song to transition smoothly out of the session.
