Program Overview
Swiftly Understanding Emotions is a small-group, neuro-affirming therapy program designed by a Developmental Educator & Counsellor and delivered by a Therapy Assistant.
The program blends music, movement, journaling, and guided discussion to explore emotional literacy, self-regulation, and social connection—all through the magic of Taylor Swift's lyrics!
Participants will:

✅ Create their own self-help journal 📖
Each participant will receive:
📓 THE SWIFTIE’S GUIDE TO EMOTIONAL WISDOM – A self-help journal filled with strategies, reflections, and exercises inspired by Taylor’s lyrics and themes.

This 2-day immersive experience includes interactive activities, creative expression, and sensory-friendly regulation tools, all centered around Taylor Swift’s music as a therapeutic framework.
